Electronic duo Passé are breathing new life into NYC’s dance music scene. Drawing from sounds inspired by Cut Copy, the Presets, and Hot Chip, they seamlessly fuse iconic disco grooves with infectious hooks and, of course, a touch of Brooklyn grit. Having amassed over two decades of industry expierence, members Richard Furniss and Anthony Chimiak have undoubtedly made their mark on the scene prior to forming Passé. As DJ MopTop, Furniss has appeared on such bills as SXSW, Ozzy Festival, Oddball Festival, and Governor’s Ball. Chimiak, originally a trance and progressive house DJ, combines multiple instruments onstage with live sampling and manipulation to create an inimitable experience. Their single, “In The City” releases on all major platforms July 25th 2019
